A great white wine from grapes of Southern Italy, able to compare with the great whites of the world: this is the initial project. For this reason, experimentation began on the Fiano, a noble and ancient variety of Campania origin, in the 1990s. Thus was born the Comet, which best expresses, in an original and unique way, the characteristics of this extraordinary grape. Intense and fruity aromas, its great structure and minerality make it today one of the reference white wines of Southern Italy.
Pure Fiano from limestone-clay soils that contribute to enhancing the aromatic markers of Mediterranean scrub typical of this grape variety.
Thus, between the broom flower and thyme, delicate scents of chamomile, hay and mandarin can be found. Mineral palate with traces of vibrant flavors that shake and quench thirst.
Then the rhythm changes to become slower and more harmonious, an invitation to sip this white wine with the right calmness while fully enjoying every nuance. The finish gives a silky tactile sensation with a refined aftertaste of ripe apricots, almond trees in bloom and basil leaf.
