Can I also pay securely by credit card?
Sure. Our transactions are guaranteed by a secure server that adopts Paypal's SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system: therefore, the information you transmit remains confidential and invisible to third parties.
What do I do if a package arrives with incorrect or broken products?
Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier, who will report the error on the accompanying document. If the packaging is intact, the products must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any damage or anomalies that are not visible immediately must be reported in writing to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
To have more strength with the courier (in the event of a refund request), we recommend taking a photo of the packaging that certifies the condition.
Can parcels also be sent abroad?
Certainly: Campisi Conserve accepts orders for delivery throughout Europe. If your country is listed on our site, we can safely ship.
Is it possible to book products that are out of stock or about to be sold out?
In particular circumstances, Campisi Conserve may not be able to ensure the availability of all products. Therefore, if you want to order out of stock or out of stock products, send an email to email@example.com: the company will take care of the request, checking the availability of the products.
What happens if the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery?
The shipments are generally delivered between 9.00 and 18.00 at private homes and by the end of the working day at the commercial addresses. The courier cannot indicate a specific delivery time within this time frame. The courier makes up to three delivery attempts, all days except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Is there a minimum charge to order? How can I check the status of the order?
There is no minimum expense. After placing the order, you will be sent a summary email with all the references and useful data. As soon as you leave, you will receive an e-mail from the courier confirming the shipment and communicating the waybill number of your shipment so that you can check it during the trip.
Can I send a greeting card in the package with the chosen products? Absolutely yes.
Just report the message you want to send to Campisi Conserve.
When sending to third parties, is it possible not to indicate the price?
Yes. In the case of sending to third parties, just put the flag on "Gift" when entering your data. If so, we only send the transport document without indicating any costs.
What are the delivery times?
For Italy and the Islands: in case of delivery by Express Courier (DHL, TNT, BRT) it will take about 2 days from the date of shipment.
