We use only Sicilian sea salt from Trapani to prepare the Sea Salt with Spices and we pick only fresh spices (thyme, rosemary, chilli, garlic, cinnamon) exclusively fresh so that they retain all the natural aromas and scents, here expertly dosed with juniper berries and pink pepper according to the Sicilian tradition. Natural and integral Trapani sea salt is worked with traditional methods, which do not require the use of treatments with chemical agents. A small amount is sufficient to season the food at best, thanks to the presence of numerous mineral salts.
