We use only Sicilian sea salt from Trapani to prepare the Sea Salt with Spices and we pick only fresh spices (thyme, rosemary, chilli, garlic, cinnamon) exclusively fresh so that they retain all the natural aromas and scents, here expertly dosed with juniper berries and pink pepper according to the Sicilian tradition. Suitable for fish and meat dishes, grilled, roasted.
