This delicious blue fish par excellence meets the harmony of olive oil to create tender anchovy fillets. A Campisi specialty. Our anchovies are fished and matured for no less than 5/6 months, then cleaned, filleted and jars by hand with order and accuracy according to the ancient Sicilian tradition and then covered with delicate olive oil. The addition of fennel, pink pepper, chilli and juniper berries makes the pieces of Campisi spiced anchovies an irresistible product.
