Young, fresh, elegant fruity. Bianco di Nera is the SPARKLING Milazzo. Unmistakable imprint for our short Charmat. Second fermentation in our autoclaves for a short period to enhance the scents and softness with an immediate impact.
SENSORY NOTES
Beautiful pale straw yellow color with evident green reflections. Fine and complex on the nose, bouquet rich in nuances, from white fruit to aromatic vegetable. On the palate it is full, fresh and highly drinkable.
