A full-bodied white wine with a great freshness, in a pale-yellow colour with shades of green. A perfectly balanced acidity and the pleasant flavour of its bouquet easily reminisces the Sicilian flavours, disclosing the aroma of citrus fruit and orange blossom. Best served at 50°F (10°C), paired with seafood entrees or main dishes.
