Giato Bianco Centopassi, 60% Grillo and 40% Catarratto is born from carefully selected vineyards with passion and social commitment, as well as from traditional and centenary traditional production techniques. Centopassi is the winemaking soul of the Libera Terra cooperatives that cultivate land confiscated from the mafia in Sicily. Giato wines are the result of only the most representative native grapes of Western Sicily and derive their name from the ancient district that surrounded the wonderful Greek theater on Monte Jato, which dominates the homonymous valley in the Belice Plateau.
