Auriga tuna is obtained by selecting only the yellowfin tuna which is rigorously steamed, so as to keep the muscle fibres unchanged and the nutritional values unchanged. To Auriga tuna, we add first choice olive oil and Trapani sea salt. It is characterized by the typical pink colour and compact meats with a delicate flavour.
We use only Sicilian sea salt from Trapani to prepare the Sea Salt with Spices and we pick only fresh spices (thyme, rosemary, chilli, garlic, cinnamon) exclusively fresh so that they retain all the natural aromas and scents, here expertly dosed with juniper berries and pink pepper according to the Sicilian tradition. Suitable for fish and meat dishes, grilled, roasted. To flavour sauces, soups, salads, egg dishes and much more.
