After being carefully selected and cut, the tomatoes are salted and exposed to the direct rays of our Sicilian sun. The drying process is gradual. They are then preserved in oil. This recipe, which derives from the culinary culture of our territory, allows us to taste the wonderful flavour of these fruits of the earth even during the winter months.
The dried cherry tomatoes are ideal between two slices of bread, with the addition of a pinch of fresh oregano. It is also ideal for quickly preparing appetizers and snacks such as bread bruschetta, on focaccias, wraps and canapés
