Elegance and freshness, softened by a very noble sweet attack.

Those warm and ferrous sensations of the "calaurisi" (Nero d’Avola) when it rocks the limestone sands of Pachino.

What more can I say than that I have the feeling that the potential of those magical hills between two seas and the Ibleo plateau is, to say the least, underestimated.
